What is the Women's Weight Loss Class???

Starting in 2 weeks I will be teaching a women's weight loss class at Tropix Dance Studio in Lynbrook. This class will be an hour long total body workout mainly using body weight exercises. You will be toning your muscles while keeping your heart rate up for weight loss. This class is perfect for anyone who is looking to get stronger and leaner. We will be using bands and some other equipement. This class is perfect to take in combination with any other type of fitness programs or classes.
